McAlevey says every tactic must be aligned to bring about that maximum involvement.

McAlevey argues that powerful production stopping strikes as opposed to symbolic protest strikes are still the most effective method to winning gains, and that mass organization is necessary to pull those off.

Our union recently told an employee that they will only represent us in disciplinary actions. They have not been straight forward in warning us about contract changes and the negative mplications, so they could get it passed.
